VA DE BO pianobiobar

⭐ Our Unvarnished Impressions of VA DE BO pianobiobar:

Walking into Va de Bo pianobiobar is like stepping into a whole new world. The cozy ambiance and the melodious music played by the piano-playing chef in front of you takes your breath away. The menu, which was entirely vegetarian and vegan, had delicious options such as fresh juices, organic coffee, handmade vegan treats; basically everything that you could ask for! Upon engaging with the friendly owner Juan who spoke to us fluently in English among other languages – Spanish & Mallorqui – I learned he has a great passion for preparing locally sourced food made from scratch daily.

We understood why people have fallen head over heels in love with this unique place after taking our first bite of their delicacies. As a big fan of salads I tried out their special salad Va de Bo and toasted it off alongside some vegan homemade sobrassada hamburguer (which is 100% success). It’s amazing how they were all prepared on-site unlike most restaurant setup where some frozen meals are microwaved quickly if one walks past their kitchen level.

Moreover, being smoke-free inside was yet another plus point apart from having no outdoor seating arrangements but that’s probably what adds up coziness to its decor-set-up. If you find yourself in Palma or anywhere nearby within Illes Balears ,VA DE BO pianobiobar should definitely be on your priority list even just for once while on vacation!

👍 Our Reasons for Recommending:

  • Amazing vegetarian and vegan food made on-site
  • Cozy, conscious, and quality restaurant
  • Friendly owner who speaks multiple languages
