Despite construction work outside and drilling noises next door from a new building coming up (hey-ho), it didn’t detract much from our experience at this heavenly abode as staying here boasts prime location in Palma yet provides solitude without noise intrusion.

Wow, what an exceptional experience I had at Eques Petit Resort in Santanyí, Illes Balears. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a high level of hospitality in a hotel of this price range – the Eques team truly exceeded all my expectations!

The rooms are spacious with great smelling aromas that immediately give you a sense of wellness. The whole resort area is immaculately clean with plenty of space for relaxation – perfect for couples or families seeking some peace and quiet! I particularly enjoyed breakfast time where there were delicious local Majorcan products on offer each day.

Equally impressive was the location – wonderful beaches nearby including ‘Esmeralda’, which became our favourite spot over the trip. We also visited Palma by bus along with checking out Santanyi Market during our time here.

I just can’t recommend enough how much I loved this place; it’s the perfect getaway oasis from busy city life both adults & kids friendly alike.

They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, which included offering me a free welcome drink while they processed my passport information. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable; the highlight being the tub and shower separate facilities. Although the shower drained slowly resulting in slight flooding on our first night, it didn’t dampen what was otherwise an excellent experience.

The pool area was fantastic – clean without any issues getting lounge chairs or drinks thanks to the convenient pool bar & grill. My partner tested out the hotel’s spa treatments which were very good too! The location is perfect as you can enjoy peace and quiet while still easily accessing nearby beaches, restaurants and activities.

What impressed me most about Pula Suites Boutique Resort outside of its superb staff performance is how family-centric this place really is – from being able to reserve suites next to each other (perfect for large families), tennis courts readily available for use along with arranging tennis coaches via reception – parents could relax knowing their kids are well taken care of through fun healthy bonding activities.
