Are you looking for a thrilling adventure amidst nature’s beauty? Then look no further than the Puig de Garrafa Climbing Zone in Andratx, Spain. I recently visited this place, and boy was it worth the trip! The complex features some fantastic climbing routes that are made all the more exciting by the stunning scenery around you.

The easy access to the zone is appreciated compared to other climbing areas, although locating it may require a bit of an adventurous spirit since there aren’t many signs. Once you’re in though, you won’t be able to resist tackling those magnificent walls that offer something for every level of climber- from beginners to experts. Also, mornings provide perfect weather conditions with just enough shade helping prevent tan lines as well as making sure climbers don’t overheat while ascending!

My buddy recommended using slings along with your harness especially when descending after completing various routes because there are often no available carabiners but only rings through which one has to feed their rope. What makes visiting this spot unique is how secure each climb feels so opting not to use them is still fine especially with good grip shoes and careful technique resulting in adrenaline-filled moments throughout exploration here like nowhere else on earth!

Finally gotcha curious huh!? Trust me; This climbing destinationis definitely worth giving up your weekends or vacation days As a metaphor “You will feel like Spider-Man scaling buildings once completed” -And if that doesn’t appeal well I’m not quite sure what would! Sa Gubia

⭐ Our Unvarnished Impressions of Sa Gubia:

Sa Gubia, an oasis for outdoor enthusiasts with a passion for rock climbing! From the moment you step foot onto the old mountain path that links Bunyola and Valldemossa, it’s clear this is going to be a special excursion. The stunning panoramic views from 620 meters above sea level are simply unforgettable. I spent around three hours walking up and down, following the cart path for most of the journey before ending with a narrower climb towards the end.

The cherry on top was Sa Gubia’s viewpoint and refuge where we settled in to enjoy incredible scenes of Palma, including parts of Tramuntana and flat areas of Mallorca island. Although sometimes limited by schedule due to ownership restrictions, my experience at Sa Gubia was nothing short of amazing. Not only was each moment filled with fresh air and beautiful scenery but also adventure oozed through every step taken on our exhilarating walk!

Joan’s dedication towards ensuring safety whilst providing a great time is truly commendable. FAQs about Climbing Spots in Mallorca

▷ Is Mallorca suitable for beginners or only experienced climbers?

▷ How is the weather for climbing in Mallorca?

The climate on the island makes it perfect for rock climbing almost all year round, although summertime can be quite hot. The best time to visit would be during Spring (March–June) and Autumn (September–November).

▷ Are there any restrictions when it comes to climbing times/hours/days?

Mallorca tends not to have strict rules as they do in countries like Switzerland or USA; however, it is always wise to double-check if an area has access/travel restrictions at specific times.
